Smouse Opportunity School was constructed in Iowa in 1931 as a school for children with special needs. The LG Multi V Water IV VRF system was able to deliver an energy efficient HVAC solution for this historic building without compromising its structural integrity. The Smouse school now has a state-of-the-art LG HVAC system that maintains the historic value of the building while reducing energy costs.
